To: nopardons

I don't know that we have the votes but we need to go thru with the roll call. If it doesn't succeed, so we gave it a try and we will find once and for all who is with us and who is against. If the senate refuses once and for all to go along with the rules change to permit a vote on presidential nominees, the president should send no further nominees to the senate but make only recess appointments until after the next election. In that event the senate will have absolutely no role in selection of judges. In the alternative, we could always just let the judges die off. The last one standing age wise would be Clarence Thomas. We could live with him being the one sole and final arbiter of the constitution and all laws.
