Before the beginning of the press-conference of the president of Ukraine, Victor Yushchenko, buddhistic monks of the order "Nipponsan Myohaodzi" addressed the president with open letter, in which they ask to solve the problem which appeared on the Ukrainian border, when the spiritual leader of the order, the citizen of Japan Dzunsey Terasavu, tries to enter the country.

Setting off from Poland to Ukraine, Dzunsey Terasavu had been detained by the officials of Security Service of Ukraine. They annulled his Ukrainian visa, which was stamped in his passport, and forbid him the country till the year 3000.

According to monks, SSU followed some secret instructions, which are direct continuation of "KGB epoch".
