FWIW, was channel surfing this morning and caught Biden using the phrase.....secret vote.

If the Senate had a secret vote then Bolton would not be confirmed.

Couple of hours later I'm watching a few minutes of McLaughlin and there's Eleanor Clift saying that if there was a secret vote in the Senate Bolton would not be confirmed.
