I'm glad I never watch abc. Looks like it is just Fox, again. Thanks, AB.

Morning AB and thanks as usual for the thread. However, I see the usual assortment of rat/RINOs are once again featured on the OLD MEDIA nets.

McCain, Lugar, Kennedy, Biden(will he be on crack today), not much new here.

Pretty weak lineup today although Kennedy could be good for some laughs.

Somebody should snatch McCain, Lugar, Biden, Hagels far away from the media on Sundays. Some good news is there on FNS which will be 90 minutes if I heard it right. Wallace said the last 30 minutes will be for round table. If the entire show is round table, it would even more be interesting.

Chris Matthews Sunday Show

Elizabeth Bumiller of NYTimes on Chris Matthews Sunday Show, along with Nora O'Donnell, Bob Woodward, David Brooks.

Brooks says it would take a bombshell to keep Bolton from getting nominated. Brooks defends Bolton strongly. Says Bush sent Bolton to State Dept to defend the president's policies, and now he's being sent to the UN to do the same thing. Brooks says Bolton didn't hesitate to stand up to Powell in defense of Bush' programs...that's why the left hates him.
Woodward says ALL UN ambassadors are "supervised" by their presidents, so condi Rice saying she would supervise Bolton, was a big todo about nothing. UN Ambassadors are nothing but spokesmen of administrations, Woodward says.

Chris Matthews says...get this.....when people die they say, "I was a United States Senator, not I was a reppublican or a democrat". (that's Matthews dramatic way of saying the nuclear option will destroy the senate, and senators don't want to do that. '

Woodward says it's not as important who Bush names as replacement for Rehnquist..more important who replaces Sandra Day O'Connor.

I can't believe Woodward said cheney could be the 2008 pick for republicans. He said republicans love to pick the old horse candidate. Nixon, Reagan, Dole. I can't believe it....Matthews says "after 8 years of Cheney and Scooter...." Matthews just can't give up his obsession, Scooter Livvy.!!!

Tell Chris something he doesn't know segment:

Nora O'Donnell: Laura Bush will travel to Middle East next and deliver an important speech on Democracy.

Brooks: SS both sides want to separate the bill into 2 parts, solvency and (someethingg else)
Woodward: Cheney is a serious dark horse candidate for president in 2008.
Busmiller: Bush was a just a spectator in Russia last week, but all the other presidents in attendance, lined up to introduce themselves and shake his hand.

FACE THE NATION (CBS): Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, D-Mass.

He gets his own morning on See BS--what a surprise.

I heard him on C-SPAN this week. He was yelling at the cameras, saying that the "far right wing" cannot control judges, and that is was his "sacred vow" to keep them "independent."

This man does not know what the real meaning of the word "sacred" is. I used to feel sorry for him in some way. I just cannot. He is reaping what he sowed after years of drunkeness, sexual immorality, and lies.

Well, I'm disappointed again by the Sunday line-up.

I've been on a "Dean the Scream" watch for weeks now, and his face is nowhere in sight!

They should have invited Frist and "Sheets" Byrd on to continue the debate they had last week.

Can someone start a clock on how many Sundays it's been since Howard, the Screamer, Dean has been seen on any of these shows?

If I thought Steffy would ask Biden the three real questions, I'd actually watch that crap show for the first time in almost a decade.

1. Senator Biden, after your ridiculous, lying little Bolton-bashing head case of a "witness" has been exposed as a plagiarist, liar, and probable mishandler of funds... after your humiliating histrionics on behalf of this wack-job, how can you show your face anywhere?

2. Since the wacko smear job blew up in your faces, is it true that you're bringing in a genuine chicken-raping pornographer to try to salvage the smear job on Bolton?

3. If chicken-raping pornographer Larry Flynt can't get anything good enough on Bolton, will you call in Dan Rather and his forgery team to whip something up?

The press's favorite senator, McCain, remains their Republican choice for President. He tries to look presidential. He tries to sound presidential. But he neither looks nor sounds like a Republican presidential candidate.

If he has any hope, it is to switch parties. He has betrayed his party too many times. Time for him to turn the RINO presidential candidate mantle to someone else--maybe that fellow from Nebraska but I can't remember his name.
