Me too! But It went further down than that, and became nothing more than a soap opera in latex masks, with badly re-cycled plots.

What does this have to do with the LA Times?
To: ElkGroveDan
But Voyager'' may have upped the silliness ante with a Borg who wore skin-tight catsuits and high heels, while Enterprise'' had a curvaceous Vulcan officer stripping every other episode. There was a difference between the characters. Jeri Ryan can act. Seven of Nine is a very intriguing character and the episode where she takes on the personalities of her assimilated victims should have won Ryan an award.
IMO, on the other hand Jolene Blalock was cast for two reasons, neither of which had anything to do with acting.

OK now it's time for the favorite episode roll call:
In the Original Series, it had to be Mirror-Mirror.
In TNG: Remember Me
DS9: Emisssary (The show pilot)
Voyager: The Thaw
Enterprise: The Andorian Incident

Jeri Ryan looks wonderful in the uniform, don't get me wrong .. but her character is fascinating and she played it well.

Note to Rick Berman: stop making the shows so PC, pro-UN, anti-American, and other leftist nonsense.
Yes,... and find something other then a metrosexual for the leading male roles. Strangely enough commanding officers are supposed to be able to command.

If you want to help bring it back.
Like Family Guy, Firefly and Farscape.
Yes, it happens.

Do you think you could find room on the list for me?
To: Crazieman
I'm with you there. DS9 was every bit as good as TNG, and vastly better than TOS, Voyager, or Enterprise. It may have been the best of the lot. Here's hoping somebody syndicates it in prime time.

I loved "The Cage" with Capt. Pike.
To: Burr5
I just simply bought all of the TOS, TNG, and DS9 DVDs

Along with a few other reasons, I consider that to be the major downfall of the show.
Hollywood really doesn't understand or connect to us at all.

The Sci-Fi channel should pick it up....that would just make so much sense.
