Given Pantano's statement about the incident and the other known evidence, this is surprising. It would seem that if it does go to a CM (unlikely now), that the differing statements from the chief complainant would likely not result in a conviction for murder. Apparently the Art 32 officer did not look at other articles including failure to obey orders. I would say that Pantano will be a very lucky young man.
