30 cents for every dollar is 23% percent. But no where is it 30%...

Lewislynn insists it must be 30%, but he also insists that there is no such thing as tax inclusive because it would be "impossible". ..(don't ask me!)

One reason for impossibility is the difficulty of calculating the tax. Tables would have to be used.

Another is that the tax will rarely come out even if you try to back calculate it.
