It's right after the George Washington Br. heading north, at the beginning of a stretch where there are these massive old stone retaining walls. And I mean massive... I always thought they look like ancient Roman ruins, with aches and aqueducts, etc.

Is this the same place where a water main rupture or some such occurred in October 2003? I remember that flood because we had driven through there not long (a few hours IIRC) before the incident. It happened near the George Washington Bridge.
