The 1993 WTC bombing by similar Islamonazis was met with no major security response.
The 1995 OKC bombing WAS met with a major security response and demonization of "right wingers". Bill Clinton ran that right into a successful re-election when he appeared to be a one term president.
American security was never a goal of the Clinton administration. Who would the left have blamed if Gore had been president in 2001?
