Yup. Which is why I keep sneakers in my desk. 22 floors is a long way down in spiky heels.

Back in the mid-eighties, I walked to work in heels. By the time I got there, my feet hurt and my stockings had holes in them. I started wearing sneakers to work. The women in the office turned up their noses at me for doing this. Absolutely NO ONE did this back then.
