The fact that the Crusaders practiced cannibalism is out there. There was a TV Special on it a couple of years ago. I believe it was on the A&E channel. I have the complete set of the Crusader tapes but can't give you the info as they are in storage. Amazon probably has them listed. There were about 4 tapes in the collection narrated by one of the Brits from Monty Python. It wasn't a satire it was a history lesson.

I believe you when you quote your source, but I never read anything at all like that which makes me wonder about the source.
I DO know that the "History" Channel is often inaccurate.
