Mr. Fisher is quite correct that the state has no reason to be in the license business. The way to fix this is to repeal the law. Right or wrong about the merits of the case he will be punished. Maybe a jury would agree with him, but not likely.

Check the article - he plans to plead guilty. He just did it to get nonsense like this in the news and publicize the cause.
