Actually, according to the figures, Ford and GM SUVs are down while Nissan SUVs sales are up, and they get just as bad or worse gas mileage. It's the Ford and GM products that are not selling.

I drove a new Pathfinder on work trip a couple of months ago. Great vehicle! Only problem was that it takes premium gas. Ouch!
