Dear Killborn,

Me, neither. Nonetheless, my own experiences with the law, trying to bring to justice miscreants who made my own life miserable, suggest that prosecutors are wary about spending public resources for things that they may view as better addressed through civil actions.

At least you have experience which counts. I understand that we don't want to clog the courts, but this could be serious enough to warrant this.

It could even lelead to a concentrated effort to shut FR down. It could already be such a thing.

I said earlier to do everything we can. This does not include unethical and unConstitutional bs like "hate crimes" prosecution or clog up the courts with civil suits if we don't really have any standing. I want this to be legal, Constitutional, and moral. I want the hammer to fall so hard on that loser that he will r egret being born.

And I want the entire world to take this lesson: f with conservatives, you will pay.
