We're talking about criminal prosecutions, which is a government action.

He didn't "break in," he was an authorized user, so we can't get him for hacking.

It was political speech, so I don't think we can get him on obscenity.

JimRob has every right to kick him out - you're right. Freedom of speech guarantees no one a forum. But that's not what we're talking about here. We're talking about a criminal prosecution. I see that as tricky.

Yes but minors also come here, charge him with providing sexualy explicit pics that could be viewed by minors. there is no age restriction here.

Even if the creep isn't prosecuted, it will be identified, made to show up in court and bear legal expenses. Though I think it's time to take a close look at state laws in which the creep resides and see exactly what is or isn't prosecutable.

When I get this same drek from this same individual -- addressed to me specifically -- more than a dozen days in the past month and a half, that counts as harassment in my book. Which is certainly actionable, at least on a civil level if not a criminal level.

TYou have First Ammendment rights but you can not use it to disrupt the rights of others.

Civil laws would do nicely in this case.
