(banging head against wall...)
No scientific theory is a scientific fact. Let me say that again; NO SCIENTIFIC THEORY IS A SCIENTIFIC FACT.
As for the rest, numbers 1, 2, and 3:
Claiming that somebody has to personally witness large-scale evolutionary changes as they happen in order for the theory to be valid is asinine. It takes a VERY long time.
Numerous fossils have been dug up that show that these changes have occurred. One is the whale, changing from a land animal (with legs) to a sea creature (without legs, or at least without external ones). One fascinating change is how the bones in the inner ear developed out of the jawbone. Another (my favorite) is how the modern horse came from a pad-footed, three-toed, dog sized brush eater to become the modern equine.
Note that these changes took tens of millions of years (or longer) to accomplish. To demand that somebody be alive for the duration of these changes is, at best, unrealistic.
When was the last time you personally observed a p-orbital? For that matter, when was the last time you personally observed an electron? No? Guess chemistry isn't a science either.
Repeatability - Evolution fails miserably. When is the last time that you repeated a macro evolution event that you had previously observed?
When was the last time you murdered Nicole Brown-Simpson? Never? Well, I guess forensic pathology isn't science either. Boy, we sure are tossing a lot out here.
Verifiability - Evolution fails miserably. When is the last time that someone verified a macro evolution event that you, in no way, can repeat and that you, in no way, can observe?
When was the last time you verified the existence of a black hole, something that's never been directly observed, and the creation of which you can't repeat? You haven't? Well, I guess astrophysics isn't a science either.
Or maybe your definition of "science" leaves just a bit to be desired.
