Thanks for that insight. Now I really know what to watch for....how Labour does as a whole.

I heard a little bit about Gordon Brown being Blair's successor....do you know anything about him? More liberal or more conservative than Blair?

I heard Mrs. Thatcher left the country while the election is going on in order to avoid an embarrassing defeat for the conservatives...of course I hate to hear that, we love The Iron Lady.

We can only hope that Brown won't go wobbly on foreign policy. In his favor, Brown, like Blair, is one of the few public officials in Western Europe who is a churchgoing Christian.

Brown is not a liberal in the American sense. He is an old-fashioned 70s style socialist. The fact that no-one, including the Conservatives, have made this point stick yet is, in my opinion, the main reason that Labour are going to win the election.

But boy are we in for some bad times in the next parliament....
