If I had the money to spare, I'd put a small bet on the Conservative party. Not because I think they will win, but because I think they have a better chance than that, so it would be worth the risk.
There could be enough Labor Party voters who are upset enough with Blair to vote Lib Dem or stay home and give the election to the Conservatives.
