What a sad comment that "Labour" is the middle party. IIRC, it used to be further left than LDP, but I can't be sure.

Well Blair pushed Labour to the right, the Liberals were pushed by Kennedy to the Left, and the Tories have remained on the right, but finding Blair stealing some of their ground.

However I have an in-bred, hard wired aversion to voting Labour. I simply cannot do it, and won't do it. I was more receptive to the Lib Dems when they were led by Paddy Ashdown, who seemed to understand that he had to keep to the right of Labour - however since they're the left wing freaks party, sod them.
