The police carry out that order as well as those medical
staff involved.
All of these professionals have a code of conduct and a code
of ethics that demand they protect and or sustain ALL human life (unless of course the human is harming or threatening to harm others or has been adjudicated in a court of law to be a criminal)
If this judge is a murderer, he sure had plenty of accomplices..
The Nazi war crimes tribunals indicated that 'just following orders' is not a defense...

The Nazi war crimes tribunals indicated that 'just following orders' is not a defense... That was then and there. This is here and now. Now it's a perfectly valid defense. And if you're the one giving the orders (like greer), "I was just giving orders" is also a good defense.
