No, the courts have not forgotten the natural law, or whatever it is you describe. The law may be based on religious doctrine, but the Code of Florida trumps everything else (save federal statutes and the US Constitution that preempt Florida law) including the Bible. Natural law, whatever that may be, does not take precedence over Florida Law. That is law school 101, my friend.

You've hit the nail on the head. And that's what's wrong with Law School 101. Law School 101 now teaches that the DEFENDANTS at Nuremburg were correct: I was only following the Law, so you have no business putting me on trial.

Law 101 or whatever you are chanting is meaningless if the so called law violates the natural law. Any and all laws on the books anywhere that permitted this atrocity, precisely like those that permit procured abortion on demand, are anti-moral, and so are invalid by definition. Such so called laws should be vehemently protested on the grounds they are anti-moral.
