If the case is going to be about woulda, coulda, shoulda, the how about the parent's responsibility to teach the child to heed warnings? I'll bet they never made her buckle up in the family auto, either.

Evidently, rather than teaching her to heed warnings, they raised her to do whatever she wanted and, if anything bad happened to her, she was the victim deserving a cash settlement.
