Why does it bother me that people have called the first lady a whore and white trash? You're kidding right?
Aside from the fact that I've met her, like her and it's not true, what's to bother me.
You say "people". I took a glance at the thread and noticed that ONE person used the word "whore" in connection with the first lady. I don't think it was "people". And that person was roundly condemned over and over again.
I'm not sure what all your hyperventilating is about. A few were crass toward Laura. That is disgusting. However, the majority of those who had some criticism of the speech simply feel a couple of jokes were told that were unseemly. Does this deserve all your hyperventilation?
Nice try. I read Malkin's piece, and I presume you did too. She didn't say anything about Laura being a whore, but that didn't stop you from lumping her in with the so-called "Taliban."
