I saw a lot of things said about the first lady over the last few days

But why the vitriol on this thread? Indirectly comparing Malkin to the Taliban and such? Malkin is about as far from the Taliban as you can get. She's a solid conservative. Because she didn't like some of the First Lady's presentation, doesn't warrant such a ridiculous comparison. Extreme over-reaction.

From what I have seen, the Christian media has turned a blind eye on the First Lady's speech. However, this topic has generated over 3,000 posts on FR alone. Furthermore, Michelle Malkin, Michael Savage, Bill Bennett and others may sufficiently roil the waters that the issue will not fade away, at least in the conservative community. The recent Terri Schiavo affair has made many social conservative activists restive and more dissatisfied with the status quo.

I did read it. As I said, EVERY president since Calvin Coolidge has gone to the dinner. It has nothing to do with sucking up to the MSM or the liberal elites. Her comments were supposed to be FUNNY not truthful.

Then what were you watching? I saw Lynne laughing. And you're letting your imagination fill in the picture. All she said was Lynne's code name is now dollar bill. It was funny precisely because it was ridiculous. Everyone KNOWS Lynne Cheney would never do anything like that. Nor would Laura.
