If I recall correctly he wanted some ice cream and was trying to get the intern's attention by shouting, "Hey you, almost a doctor." I believe it is on his "I started out as a child" album.

Yep, I guess he was calling the intern, and not the nurse. Still one of the funniest routines ever.
