I don't know. Lots of people using contraceptives are married and would raise the child if they got pregnant. We all know families, post Roe, with oops kids.
Even many of the unmarrieds would choose to keep the child or adopt it.
You are assuming every failure directly results in abortions. Not true.
No- he's presenting the facts that women that go to lengths to prevent pregnancy logically do to lengths to END pregnancy. Abortion logically follows birth control. You just don't want to think that because you use it, and evidently conveinent and consquence-free sex takes priority of the fact that the pill could kill your babies.
If you read my words, I said "many." That does not mean "all."
The point is, once again (and I don't see why this is so difficult to understand) that the contraceptive mentality encourages people to engage in sexual activity before they are prepared to handle parenthood. This leads to abortion.
Without contraceptives and the contraceptive mentality these people, especially the young ones, might treat sexuality with a more grave attitude.
