Republicans win right to challenge Wash. state election: Republicans have won a victory in their challenge to the election of Governor Gregoire. The judge says Republicans will be allowed to use "proportional analysis" to prove their case that illegal votes swayed the election.

Nope, not letting it go.
Letting it go is losing us about a seat every election. This BS has to stop, and stop now.
Election fraud is DNC standard operating procedure. It stops now.

Agreed. No sense winning water rights to a poisoned well. Let the rats drink all they want. Winning an office which is labeled "contested or controvercial" is no victory at all. It's a festering mandate from the gitgo.

I think we should let it go... All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing

Any change in the results will not proclaim a new winner, just a new election. Dino has repeatedly stated he would not accept the results of this phony election. We get a new election, and I can't wait to see Christine Gregoire come off of her thrown....

Anyone been over to DU to see if they've begun a mass suicide yet?*************
I just went down to check it out, and didn't spot a thread on the subject. I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

I don't care whether or not we win the office.
I want the criminals who are orchestrating election fraud, to be put behind bars for a long time though, and that's not going to happen with a "Just let it go" attitude.

But, we would know which evidence is disallowed, right?
Instead of whining a lot and providing no evidence like the Democrats in Florida, we will have facts. It will be entertaining to see a liberal judge split hairs about what should be allowed and what should not. Will make CBS look like a picnic.

I haven't been keeping up with this story at all.
I'm glad to see Rossi is taking the classy road in not accepting the office if a judge gives it to him.
Very solid move. There's not a Dem on the planet who would do the same.

Wow, a "thinking" judge in Washington State. Can the Apocalypse be far behind?

Let it go?!?!
It's impossible at this point, it's a beast all itself - furthermore, SOMEONE has to stand for justice!
What was it that Edmund Burke said?
All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.
Yeah, I think that was it....

I think we should let it go... everyone there and throughout the whole country knows that the election was a fraud. Rossi should just run next time as the candidate of Conservatism and non-fraudulent election practices. Let it go --

Sorry. I don't get your point.
