Xenalyte -- I'm with you; I agree. It's called "politeness" and "consideration" of others. Given that I was in the SF Bay Area, it wasn't all uncommon to see mothers nursing in public with or without "cover" and to see their older children, 2 or 3, playing with their privates -- this is "natural too!".

Schedules, planning, politeness is what constitutes a civil society. Nursing in public is just.... drum-roll ... inconsiderate.
