I don't think it takes a conspiracy theory to figure out what media executives are thinking when they see a story like this one. I just wish Fox News would quit flashing their 'breaking news' screen every ten minutes even when the news broke four hours ago. That tone has lost all meaning to me now.

I don't think its a conpiracy or a theory, I think its a formula that they use that is a generally accepted media standard. I also think we all believe now that its fact not just a theory.

I totally agree with you on the "Fox News Alert" thing. Nice gimmick when it started, now it's obnoxious like the boy who cried wolf. Fox should time limit their "alerts" to maybe 8 hours from when the original story actually broke instead of the 48 that they use now. ;)
