Yes you did and I felt the same that this was bull. But after the flames that many got and a couple who had their posts deleted I decided to keep my mouth shut. At least you had the gutsssssssssssss............
Oop! It's official, wedding is cancelled, (per preacher)
So True. The family was put through a process similar to grieving ...wait till she has to deal with their "anger phase". Quite justifiable, IMHO.
What victim?
Irrational?
Damn........ no warm feet.
In view of the Karen Carpenter looks, this comes to mind:
We've only just begun to live
White lace and promises
A kiss for luck and we're on our way
We've only begun
Before the rising sun we fly
So many roads to choose
We start our walking
And learn to RUN.
Someone made a comment earlier that Drudge had not posted anything about this story. He has now. Just a normal headline. That's the way it should be. This is a simple story that shouldn't be getting this much hype on FreeRepublic.
The one with the scissors in her hand and hair all over the floor.
I wish the pastor would tell the truth,"John is an incredible man for having to put up with this stuck up bi*ch".
She did.
Yes, she looks like Karen.
I dont know but this seems like a wedding story kind of thing.
We forget how crazy people can be. Is this that different from so many other whacky stories. What makes it different is the press making it the story of the week. The press is so into murder and crime.
Yeah, right. It's always helpful to use 'STFU' when calling others know-it-alls. Good grief.
Oh Nooooo,,they canceld it for a little thing like this?
I'm not. I'm pointing out the absurdity of making runaway a criminal act. Well, it's absurd to me, but some who post here will try to justify making her action into something criminal.
Oh, it's worth it. $80 for a year? Buy 8 things from Amazon and you've gotten your money back.
Plus you can add four other people to your membership for no charge.
What a shame ...
Karen had a great voice.
They'll be off to Bermuda soon.
Absolutely. Now, I know you know that.
