It looks like a toy from one of the fast food restaurants. The diaries are larger & the plastic does not look as cheap as that on the girl's toy.

I agree. We also know (as someone else noted) that a 1993 Harley Davidson Motorcycle was seen in another pic. If we can triangulate the date of mfg. of that game in her hand it might get a better age of the photo.

I found this on google. It isn't the same(notice flip top size) but it's close. Hopefully some others are loooking also.

Also I checked some of the fast food toy sites and they seem to be a lot smaller and "cheaper" looking.

Aweek or so ago I checked a date base maintained by the VA State Police of sex offenders by typing in my zip code - there is one not that far away (4 miles) that has a warrant out for his arrest, because he hasn't re-registered.

At least I can quickly find out that kind of info here - I wasn't so lucky in Dover.

What might be more recognizable to the casual observer though, might be the sweet girl's clothing. Her shorts set is very unique and memorable--or it would seem so--to other children. I can't figure out that logo. The pic on the right would be right side up so there is that left side raised O symbol and then two characters that look like JC or something. It will be recognized by someone.
