Check out "The Siege of Firebase Gloria". Its a great movie with R. Lee Emery (sp?) and while it does show some drug use, I believe it's not a liberal Vietnam movie.

A lot of people didn't notice that Ermey had a bit part in Apocalype Now! He's a great character.
