From there:

Mr. Rodarte has been counseled about the use of county equipment. Kindly remove this posting from your site because it is not representative of Santa Clara County and our email address and URL remain in the posting. Thank you. "Mr. Rodarte has been counseled about the use of county equipment."

Well, I guess that will teach him!

The man can barely write a coherent sentence, so, we're sure he understood his stern lecture?

Might want to send this to billoreilly.com and lou dobbs. With enough people making a ruckus, it might make it on the air.

I certainly hope they don't remove anything. Let the world see it.

yep. when I worked tech support for EDS for a while, one of the companion projects in my call center was the USPS' password reset service. Whenever someone couldn't log onto their terminals/registers, they would call them. You could tell who the staffers who answered the calls from USPS as they walked around the center. They were the ones with the frustrated looks on their face, who were sick of dealing with dumb people who couldn't remember a password from one day to the next.

Here in Santa Clara County, there's a good chance his supervisors came over illegally too.

"Just wait If you think the illeagal immigrants are going to sit by and let you harras them while they come across you better think twice. They will kill you if they have to to get across. Don't get it twisted they arent the rich educated mexicans. They are the poor and the criminal element so watch your red neck ass"

Sorry, but this sounds to me more a warning than a threat directed toward the MM.

That's how I read it & I'd bet a jury would also if someone wanted to make an issue of it, in a court of law.

Hell this guy might just be sympathetic toward the MM's cause.
He may be of Mexican descent, but he's just as liable of being victimized by the flood of illegals as anyone else living along the border in the states of entry.

I've got to give this guy the benefit of a doubt, because he just might be a "good guy".

One thing's for sure, if nothing else.

...he's legal.

If he was sympathetic with the MM, he wouldn't have said "watch your red neck ass".

This is clearly a veiled threat.
