That's because you can't get your hands on him and don't have the ropes. You are purely speculating. The only "evidence" is that in most case's it's the partner. I'm not saying he didn't do it, but I'm not so quick to speculate on nothing. I like evidence of any sort, other then speculative guesses based on "the way he looks"

You're 100% wrong! Police use a person's facial expressions and body motions during an interrogation as a clue that the suspect is either lying or hiding something. Please describe to me what is wrong with basing a "theory" on a person's actions.
Granted he might be innocent, but his affect, his demeanor, his jocularity, his lack of saddness and emotional trauma, his laughing, his smirking, all betray something that NORMAL people would easily conclude that something is wrong here.
