Absolutely. No matter what happens with Bush's plan, I totally respect and admire him for daring to tread in these treacherous waters.
This will get people thinking and, if nothing happens now, you can bet it will down the road now that people begin to realize the truth.
Right. If they don't support a fix now, 10-20 years from now the public be in a fury when it breaks down. The president will no longer be President. Someone else will be held at fault. The Congress and House will be held at fault. Quite a few today will likely still be in office at the time and they will be blamed at full maximum. The President's words will re-enter the record and a number of people (and parties) will pay the price.
If they want to save their skins they should confront this now.
There are some Republicans in the House who treaded with the President.
So kudos to them too.
When all is said and done.....we will have a record of who we can look at and say...."they went to work...not live the D.C. good life"

I don't think IRAN and RUSSIA have decided on who is going to pay for the transfer on the USED fule rods.........so it's just going to sit in IRAN.
Also, IRAN is #2 in Natural Gas..........and #3 in oil.
