A true conservative looks at the facts... Yes, and in this case, the facts are that NOBODY in Flori-duh, except for Rush Limbaugh, got treated this way. It's called "selective prosecution." And it is against the law.
Take down the whole crew: the judge that rubber stamped the warrant, the cops that executed it, and prosecutor that is running that mob.
Involvement in such a travesty shoudl mean to these people that they will go bankrupt, become unemployable, and be spat upon the rest of their lives. If it happens to even a few of the people involved, others will think twice - and exercise the discretion granted to them - next time.

Rush... once again on the cutting edge of societal evolution !
You seem to have forgotten that this is still an investigation that he is attempting to block.
There is no prosecution going on.
But you might be correct in a sense, most other people who broke this law were arrested and threw themselves on the mercy of the drug court diversion programs, rather then attacking the law.
He may still attempt to do this, when/if he is arrested, but I believe it would be up to the DA to allow it.
