They can identify Rush and take his medical records but the Kansas AG can't get anonymous medical records to prosecute illegal abortion procedures? What's wrong here?
With the federal HIPA regulations regarding privacy of medical records that we all have to sign to be seen, i would think there should be a federal way to sue and get this right.
What was done was a violation of FEDERAL HIPPAA regulations...it neededs to be made a Federal suit!
