I believe Mark is a wanna-be Rush lawyer.
I think he stepped in it a while back when he filed an independant Florida Sunshine Law request that wound up causing the release of Rush's "plea bargaining" letters.

Then didn't he try to 'release the hounds' on the county prosecutor? And that backfired too.

Mark is a very good friend of Rush. He is one of Rush's Attorneys. Regardless of this particular case, Rush does get legal advice and help from Mark.

To use the term "Wanna be" sounds like you are saying Mark is insinuating himself somewhere he doesn't belong! That is not true!
