How did they end the debate? Are they all calling a truce? Pubs won't go nuclear if the Rats don't ever pull the same delay tactics in the judiciary committee as the Pubs did?

McConnell (sp) is saying that if the Dems agree to a process that everybody gets an up or down vote in the Senate AND everybody gets consideration in committee, then we won't need to go Nuclear.

They were in the middle of a highway Bill. Dems got off topic. Mitch solidly countered them. A motion was put to return to the highway bill.
No truce was called. But for once we saw Spine from our Reps and they called the Dems to account for every lie and political device at their use. They refused to cave.
