Logan: "No, I do not." What was the total number of ballots? Tens of thousands? Hundreds of thousands?
I doubt that any election using current equipment can guarantee accuracy below 1%. Maybe even 5%, 10%. Anyone have the stats? And when the delta between candidates is less than the error, you have problems. Excluding cheating of course. Cheating is a lot easier to hide if small and scattered and more likely to sway and election if the election is close. We need to improve the accuracy.

I think the evidence is mounting - soon it may be enough to start a recall petition, perhaps.
At the least, the fraud will soon be too obvious to deny.
