It's not incompetence. That's just Logan copping to a "lesser plea." It's criminality aka election fraud.
Looks like Mr. Logan has two choises here.
Either "Fall on his own Sword". Or have the Big Boys from party HQ throw his ass under the bus.
I'll wager that one of those options will occur prior to the May Trial date.
