As you make yourself ready to celebrate the great holiday of Passover, And reminding yourself to thank G-D for the great miracles and deeds he did to us back then, let me join in by wishing you a real happy holiday, and may you have only happiness therefore after. And while celebrating the past, lets pray for the future, that Hashem should do us only good and relive us from the Paroes of today, who are here to remind us that anti-Semites was always here and they all had the same ending!
Enjoy your Matzos and Kneidlech, (and dont make a fuss of the Morer, its a part of life
) and enjoy the great holiday G-D has given us!
Oh come now, are you a coward as well as a spineless bigot? Tell us why we are not Americans, I really want to know. Tell that to my two full Jewish cousins, both in the Marines, that they are not Americans. Though I would recommend you do it from afar, as you are now, hiding behind your computer.
A Rabbi punched a nazi the other day. That upset some people, remember?
Yes, unfortunately, though I tried to banish it from my mind. I checked "Freedom Neocon"'s posts to get a sense of where he's coming from since he is too much of a coward to face up to his stupid remark, and see that he admires Sean and Rush. Both of whom are pro-Israel and are against the kind of anti-semitism this coward presents. What a loser.
To our FReeper Jewish friends, we wish a Chag Kosher V'someach, a properly observed Holiday. We thank you for
your wonderful support of Jewish and Israel causes that we
all deem so important. We wish you and yours a joyous and fulfilling Pesach.
To our FReeper non-Jewish friends, we thank you for your
generous support of the causes we care about, and are most gratified by the fact that what we have in common politically far outweighs our differences. We wish you continued health and success in promoting that which we (you and we)hold dear.
To our few FReeper non-friends, we wish you a prolonged period of introspection so that we can unite in common causes as opposed to bickering over that which divides us.
We must all realize that there is a serious adversary out there who mean us ill and must be fought at every turn.
The coming Passover Holiday is, more than anything else, a
commemoration of G-d freeing us from this very enemy whose
descendents continue to target us today.
Ziva & Zivasmate
None of them are?
Whoo boy, he's a real brainiac.

"Passover isn't exactly meant to be "happy", but the thought is appreciated."
As far as I know that is not at all true. Passover is in fact meant to be happy. Our happiness is a spiritual happiness at the great miracle G-d wrought for the Jewish
People in freeing us from slavery and subjugation in Egypt.
It is indeed a Holiday of happiness, shared with family, and friends. It is an eight day period of celebration, prayer, feast, and gratitude to G-d. It also marks the beginning of the 50 day period of celebrating our physical freedom to the commemoration of receiving the Torah on Mt. Sinai.
Yes, a Happy Passover to all our Jewish friends, and even those who are not friends!
Seriously, it took hours. A bag of pretzels spilled in there last week and was ground into the carpet by myself and my passengers.
Must still be upset at the Rabbi who puched the Nazi.
I emailed the Rabbi's shul jut to drop a note of support.
Joining in with others here to wish all of our Jewish FRiends a Happy Passover. :)
I will! Thank you so much for your kindness!
I was just telling my husband the other day that I would like to actually live in NYC for a while..like six months, just to experience it. Taking taxis and trains!
May you and those you love have a blessed and peaceful Passover.
The Passover itself not only represents the Jewish people being spared from the Angel of Death, but also the slaying of the first born of all the Egyptians, as the culmination of the plagues. In this sense it's more about sober reflection and thankfulness, and respect for the awesome power of God, than about happiness.
"Notice he/she/it didn't come back to explain the comment?
Must still be upset at the Rabbi who puched the Nazi. "

I gave the coward several opportunities to clarify his comment; to have the courage to say what he meant, even if it was offensive.
As you can see Freedom Neocon has not the courage of he/she/it's convictions; and chooses to hit and run.
I can't wait until FR is purged of neo-nazi symps. In the meantime, I will challenge every one I find and at least make them uncomfortable here.
On a happier note, blessings on you, Bella
"Whoo boy, he's a real brainiac."

He joined in October 04. I'm amazed the troll lasted this long. He'll trip up sooner or later and get his brainless self banned.
: )
The people of Oklahoma and New York share a sad bond; the slaughter of innocent citizens, including children, by terrorists.
I hope you do come to NY one day and see some of the positive points! We have nice museums, great shopping, great food, Broadway musicals, in addition to those taxis and trains!
I've always wanted to visit the southwest someday(my daughter wants to see a real live tornado, but I think I'd skip that!).
May God bless you and yours.
