If Bolton isn't confirmed, the RATs have won and the GOP will have a hard time getting anything done. There will be No Supreme Court nominees from this President that will get through and the RATs will filibuster all they want without any retribution. No judges at any level will get through. Chafee and Voinovich shouldn't be making public statements about Bolton. If they don't like him, go to the Chairman of the committee, Luger and tell him. All that is going to happen by postponing the vote in the committee is to get more crap from the RATs -- none of it on issue or substance.

Bolton is a litmus test. He needs to be confirmed. There is nothing in the character assassination attempts that have been running through the MSM that should prevent him from getting confirmed.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the only ones doing the "nuclear option" are the RATS! I despise to say this, BUT the RATS are winning at every angle, and seem to be the MAJonity...the DIRTY RATS have it both ways!!

I just called Hagel asking him to quit acting like a politician with wh ambitions and vote like the conservative we elected him to be. I also called Ben Nelson and reminded him he is up for election & we are watching his every move with all of the presidents nominee's-judges also. If he votes with dems, the dog catcher will be able to beat him for senate.

I've been listening. Was disappointed she didn't hit hard yesterday, but she's making it up today.

I got throught to Senator Santorum's office and expressed concern about the latest article in the Hill re. the Senator backing off of supporting the constitutional option. I was actually told that was false, BUT that the Senator felt the Republicans had to do a better job in the PR department. (something I actually posted on FR earlier)

I am on hold as I type this with Senator Voinobitches office. Wait, just got through. I conveyed that the Republicans actually won the last election. I also conveyed that after having campaigned vigorously for the Republicans last election it was dissapointing to see the Senator de facto making the Republican victory meaningless. I was thanked for my comment and bid a very polite "good day."

Write to the Senators on the appropriate committee. Contact the senators from your state. Be respectful. Don't email. Write a letter, or send a Fax. Keep on their tail. Do it more than once.
