I returned from Tombstone, AZ on April 7th a new man. A Minuteman. I went down there to "do something" other than write letters, make phone calls, and scream at the television in frustration. I went down there defensive about being called a "racist", and angry that my government refuses to fight for me, for law-abiding citizens and business owners who love this country and the rule of law.
What I found was like-minded people from all over the nation from every walk of life, from teachers and prison guards to real estate investors and businessmen like myself. One morning driving home to my motel after working on the Naco Sector from 10 PM until 6 AM, it hit me: this is not just a fight against illegal immigration; it is a fight for the "little guy", the small business owner or employee who works hard and plays by the rules, who teaches his children that "cheaters never win and winners never cheat". It is this guy who has been betrayed.

Excuse me, but why would I look at a post from a poster on FR to determine the caliber of people who are manning that 23 mile stretch of the border? For the most part, they are not one and the same.
Indeed, according to statements by the leaders of the MMP, they would not welcome their very own most ardent supporters.

Maybe I should give you my account # and you can just deposit it directly into my bank account! I did this for nice young fellow once.....I think he got the numbers mixed up though! :)

their very own most ardent supporters. What's ironic is that they have welcomed some of their worst detractors - ACLU observers, Press, BP hierarchy, and Washington pols.

"The question is no longer, "Don't you have compassion for these poor refugees that just want a better life?"
The new question is:
If the cost of the local corporation hiring cheap illegal workers is that your hospital may close and your school will be overwhelmed to the point that your child's education is affected, now how do you feel about the government not enforcing our immigration laws?"

"Take a look at any average deleted post......."
A French Canadian was asked by a cop, "When did you discover that your car was stolen?"
He said, "I looked and der it was......gone!"
Also, the only way you can tell a post is deleted is when you read, "this post deleted" ???????
Also, This Thread is Dead Ned.
When a thread is locked I always wonder, "What did all those people say to get this thread locked?" Answer this thread has been previously posted.
Where? With the same headline? Different post but related topic? Were the comments on the previous thread more interesting? Inquiring minds need to know!
Most intriguing was:
This Thread is Locked. Reason: Y'all couldn't keep it out of the gutter. I posted on that one which was definitely on it's way to another level!
I'm still holding out for a chance to see a deleted post before deletion. So far no joy. The Mods are too fast or they are being aided by a secret avant garde of abuse button cadres. But to live is to hope.

Wow, Millinocket has a newspaper ? I thought that they just had the papermill newsletter.
Millinocket is up in the wilds of Maine where most of the territory is identified by it's grid square location (starting with T.R.). I used to stop at a general store in Millinocket on the way up to Katahdin. The road to it, as I recall, was a private road owned by the papermill.

>Because of the internationalists who view migration as a >way to break down the soveriegnty of nations, our politics >have become international.

This is the real agenda of the left on immigration. Every illegal immigrant is a tax on the capitalist society. Depending on the country then enter, they might have to be granted legal representation, housing, spending money, ad nauseam. Each immigrant taxes the evil capitalist system.
Note the usual camoflage of terms, the same way Communism was re-branded as 'progressive', turning back illegal aliens is branded as 'contrary to human rights', because, of course, the capitalists owe these poor down-trodden noble peasant farmers their 'human rights'. This is the same old Marxist theme of 're-distribution' of wealth. Never any mention of the fact that they do not have any 'human rights' in their own country because some despot has confiscated them. Hey - and don't think that eliminating the despots who are doing this is a worthwhile course of action, because this would not tax capitalism like illegal immigration, it would advance it, the enemy of their enemy being their friend. This would increase the grip of the imperialists on the-left-within.
Illegal immigration is the worst kind of addition to the economy. Well-managed, organised, labor importation to meet the needs of the economy is highly advantageous (to the capitalists).
Illegal immigration is sometimes re-branded as 'asylum seeking' to make out the capitalists are turning away poor innocent victims but an 'asylum seeker' is someone with the KGB ten minutes behind him and a lot of intelligence to give us. Not someone fleeing the bankrupt poverty of Bucharest or Sophia. Anyone who really did have the KGB ten minutes behind them would be happy with been given protection on the inside of a labor camp. But amazingly, they want a government-provided lawyer, government-provided housing and government-provided spending money, and tend to dissappear back to where they came from if they don't get it. Does not sound like any asylum seeker I ever met. Personally, I would have hired the DDR's border guard organisation, lock, stock and barrel.

It's all of us who have been betrayed by republicans and democrats for different reasons...It's shocking and totally pathetic how the federal government has told all of us to go piss in the wind.
