Let's not fall in to a double standard. If it's wrong to throw pies and other assorted food items then it's wrong to spew a mouth full of phlegm and tobacco juice.

If this is not nipped in the bud we could see an array of bodily fluids being launched at people who are merely voicing their opinions.

Let's at least be civil and defeat people we don't agree with in the arena of ideas.

By stooping down to the liberal mentality of childish behavior we become more like them. We lose our moral authority and sense of right and wrong. There should be an outcry for justice as loud as the cries were for previous incidents like this.

Some part of me (that I'm deeply ashamed of) was getting a little bit of satisfaction from this incident, until I read your post. You are right. We don't want other bodily fluids hurled at say, Ann Coulter. That said, I'd like to see the video, too.
