You know...when the nuclear option is invoked..these judges will be confirmed with votes in the high 50's..even some will get 60..as the 6 Dems in Red states up in 2006 will vote for most of them. It will therefore be a hard argumen for the Dems to make that the minority had a right to block votes on them..They've painted themselves into a bigger corner..
I think though, with the actions of the dems today, that Kyl's bet that a bunch won't make it to the judiciary committee meeting on Thursday for judicial nominee votes is pretty good!!!
