OK..here's what we know..Senate is in recess for the weekly party caucus luncheons. Supposed to resume at 2:15. on C-span 2.. The Foreign Relations committee is supposed to meet at 2:45 to vote on the Bolton nomination. Lugar has refused requests for a delay. Just before the Senate recessed, Reid objected to Frist's UC request for the Froeign Relations committee to meet today. Frist withdrew his request..

Good. They are interviewing some Irish priests on Sky News who had met Ratzinger extensively, and they are saying what a kind, gentle man the Holy Father is. The media trying to portray him otherwise will backfire badly.

They are just voting to see if there is a quorum--Frist may end up recessing the Senate, if so, then there will be NO Bolton hearing, from what I understand
So just a straight vote? No more B.S.?
And did Byrd just vote Aye?

From what Frist said I think the full Senate is going to recess so the FRC can meet and vote.
This might have something to do w/ the objection earlier today on the FRC being able to meet.

My word, Sky News just mentioned that the Holy Father had won an award earlier this year, "The St. Benedict Award for Life and Family". The Left is going to choke on its own bile.
