Seminary students celebrate after learning that a new pope had been elected Tuesday. Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger of Germany will be known as Pope Benedict XVI.
It is so wonderful to see the YOUNG Catholics excited about this wonderful man being elected Pope. One of the reporters for Fox in Rome was interviewing some American seminarians and they looked beside themselves with happiness for the choice that was made.
Habemus Papum! God Bless Pope Benedict XVI and the Holy Catholic Church!
That picture is one of the motst truly encouraging signs. Our seminarians will follow the lead of the "Panzer Pope". And I couldn't be happier. (no sarcasm!)
