Sounds like you're an enemy of President Bush then. You must be crazy to vote for President Bush.

President Bush on Islam & Muslims:

A VIBRANT FAITH

“Islam is a vibrant faith. Millions of our fellow citizens are Muslim. We respect the faith. We honor its traditions.”

- President Bush, October 11, 2002

A Beautiful Mosque

For half a century, this beautiful mosque has served as a place of worship for Muslims and has helped to advance understanding between people of different faiths. Millions of our fellow Americans practice the Muslim faith. They lead lives of honesty and justice and compassion.

- President Bush, December 5th, 2002

President Bush's Roundtable with Muslim Leaders -

"All Americans must recognize that the face of terror is not the true faith -- face of Islam. Islam is a faith that brings comfort to a billion people around the world. It's a faith that has made brothers and sisters of every race. It's a faith based upon love, not hate."

- President Bush,
September 10th, 2002

ISLAM IS LOVE

“Islam is a faith that brings comfort to a billion people around the world. It's a faith that has made brothers and sisters of every race. It's a faith based upon love, not hate.”

- President Bush, September 10, 2002

ISLAMIC NATIONS DESERVE FREEDOM

“The peoples of the Islamic nations want and deserve the same freedoms and opportunities as people in every nation. And their governments should listen to their hopes.”

- President Bush, June 1, 2001

A WAR AGAINST EVIL

“All of us here today understand this: We do not fight Islam, we fight against evil.”

- President Bush, November 6, 2001

NOT AT WAR AGAINST ISLAM

“Because this great nation of many religions understands, our war is not against Islam, or against faith practiced by the Muslim people.”

- President Bush, January 5, 2002

ISLAM BENEFITS THE WORLD

“That word has guided billions of believers across the centuries, and those believers built a culture of learning and literature and science. All the world continues to benefit from this faith and its achievements.”

- President Bush, November 19, 2001

ISLAM IS OF CHARITY

“The Islam that we know is a faith devoted to the worship of one God, as revealed through The Holy Qur’an. It teaches the value and the importance of charity, mercy, and peace.”

- President Bush, November 15, 2001

BUSH SUPPORTS ALL FAITHS

"We respect people of all faiths and welcome the free practice of religion; our enemy wants to dictate how to think and how to worship even to their fellow Muslims."

- President Bush, November 8, 2001

AMERICA REJECTS BIGOTRY

“We reject every act of hatred against people of Arab background or Muslim faith… America values and welcomes peaceful people of all faiths -- Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Sikh, Hindu and many others.”

- President Bush, April 30, 2002

AMERICA’S MUSLIMS

“There are thousands of Muslims who proudly call themselves Americans, and they know what I know -- that the Muslim faith is based upon peace and love and compassion.”

- President Bush, September 28, 2001

AMERICA DOES NOT FIGHT RELIGIONS

“Americans understand we fight not a religion; ours is not a campaign against the Muslim faith. Ours is a campaign against evil.”

- President Bush, September 27, 2001

TERRORISTS HIJACKING ISLAM

“The terrorists are traitors to their own faith, trying, in effect, to hijack Islam itself. The enemy of America is not our many Muslim friends; it is not our many Arab friends.”

- President Bush, September 20, 2001

ISLAM IS PEACE

“The face of terror is not the true faith of Islam. That's not what Islam is all about. Islam is peace. These terrorists don't represent peace. They represent evil and war.”

- President Bush, September 17, 2001

WAR ON TERROR, NOT MUSLIMS

“I've made it clear, Madam President, that the war against terrorism is not a war against Muslims, nor is it a war against Arabs. It's a war against evil people who conduct crimes against innocent people.”

- President Bush, September 19, 2001

I have had the same converation with muslims that you are having now and I would like to pass on a composite of their answers for your consideration;

I am muslim because I was born into a muslim family. It's our heritage, it's a tradition. I call myself muslim because that's what I was told I was when I was born. I will not leave islam because my parents would be broken-hearted if I did. I don't pray five times a day, nor do I go to a mosque. Am I muslim? Maybe, maybe not, but I am an American.

(We asked a thousand times why there were no demonstrations against terrorism by muslims, now that there will be one, we should be encouraged. Why oh why, if we can't trust ANY muslim, would we sponsor democracy in Iraq?)

Freedom for Iran! Long Live Persia!

LOL! So we spent over hundred billion freeing two Muslim nations, the immigration of Muslims since 9/11 has skyrocketed, and our President is the first to keep a Koran consistently on his desk.

Are you sure you're okay and not dillusional?

I read your profile, but it doesn't specifically answer my questions posed in post #19? Could you please respond to those questions, specifically?
Thank You.

I have an Israeli flag on my profile with lines of support, how could it not answer your question on how I feel about Israel?

You DO realize that Protestantism was used to excuse slavery, right? And that Shintoists/ Confucianists fought long and hard (and with much hatred towards the teachings of) Hinduism?

You also realize that to be an Atheist, one may abandon the idea that "absolute morals" exist, and so are free to do as they wish with no "fear of punishment" in the afterlife.

And as for Jews, ever heard the term "Zealot"? It's unique to Judaism. It describes one who is so tied to his faith, that he wishes to slaughter those who do no believe.

Catholicism was used to enforce the Spanish Inquisition and Holy wars that kept Europe in it's Dark Ages.

Also, as I recall, Jesus is used as a citation of MOST of the philosphies in the Koran. Being the "most recent" messenger before Mohammed, it makes sense that the teachings of Jesus play as much a part to Islam as Moses's teachings follow in to Christianity.

Salom.

Persians could care less if Israel gives back land to the Arabs or not. Iran and Israel had great relations pre-1979, without Iran supplying Israel fuel during the war against the Arabs it's unlikely Israel could have prevailed so quickly.

Besides the US - Muslim Iran was Israels closest friend pre-1979.

Answer your question?

I guess a better question would be:

Do you, as a muslim, accept the roll that is laid out in the Torah, the Bible, and the Koran for the descendents of Ishmael?

Or do you reject it?

I believe the true teachings of the Koran (correct me if needed) state that Islam shall have it's numbers, but the Jews shall control the Motherland (Israel)

All both of them will show up.

I doubt many will show up, but that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
