The next thing to watch is the SENATE JUDICARY COMMITTE on THUR. Sen. KYL was saying today on the floor that the dems may not even show up!
Not sure if anyone is on the Business meeting calendar for a vote out of committee but the Democrats could stall things for a few days until they got enough bad press, assuming they got some bad press. Looks to me like they will need one member present to object to a vote on any nominee...
